My best guess of where it came from is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A book or a talk by <a href=\"https:\/\/thebuddhistcentre.com\/bhante\">Sangharakshita<\/a>, founder of Triratna Buddhist Community. It&#8217;s the sangha I belong to.<\/li><li>A book or talk by another teacher in <a href=\"https:\/\/thebuddhistcentre.com\/\">Triratna<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.freebuddhistaudio.com\/\">Free Buddhist Audio<\/a>, Triratna again<\/li><li>Another Buddhist teacher I like, <a href=\"https:\/\/jackkornfield.com\/\">Jack Kornfield<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.integrateddaniel.info\/\">Daniel Ingram <\/a>or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.robburbea.com\/\">Rob Burbea<\/a> would be good guesses. Generally anyone in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dharma.org\/\">Insight Meditation Society<\/a> I like<\/li><li>Something someone once said to me at a Buddhist Centre or on retreat<\/li><li>Something, someone once said to me at some point in some place.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If I remember then I&#8217;ll pop in the reference.
